今天越野赛跑，原本以为自己会拿十名以内的，结果令自己大所失望。
中一时得第 8,
中二第 4 ，
中三第 10。（跑错一小段的路）
当你平时都拿十名以内,今年却特别地差。怎样？失望？
今年每次有人问我
——你第几？
——18......(自愧不如、小小声地说）
——哇，你怎样跑的？
我心里嘀咕 “是咯，都不知自己怎么跑的，竟然这么烂...”
但我说自己跑得很差，他们却苦口婆心地告诉我跑得第18 名已经很厉害了，不要要求太高。
听了突然无语，不同的人不同要求？

By the way,gambateh for us,must see you going up the stage to receive your medal for Merentas Desa...
You think that's gonna be easy? 60+% of the participating boys are eager to get those one of those 30 medals every year for every category.
ReplyDeleteya that what I'm talking about.Gambateh,if Rhu Hwang can get 20,so can you.(Surprise to see him getting 20 this year,but it's a good thing though),don't make our class malu...Because people will say things like 'Sc1 students not good in sport=(

ReplyDeleteHaha,I can never run more than 300km when I was in primary school.Everybody is picking up.Especially PeiRou,when she's in primary school,people don't like to run behind her because she was slooowwwwww.But now? 27in merentas desa...

Whoever can run 300km is nuts (so I assume that you mean 300m).
ReplyDeleteSays who (everyone's picking up)? Chin Guan was one of the best runners in my primary school. Now, he's slower than me and then he was before. Such a waste... (I'm not insulting him)

ReplyDeleteThat's because you're in Taekwondo and he's in Chinese Orchestra ,lack of exercise perhaps?
But it's kinda hard to imagine him as a good runner.
